By placing an order with Amor Cookie’s Custom Designs, you agree to all shop policies, terms, and conditions listed on this website.

All items are handmade and custom. No two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in fabric, color, patches, and embellishments are expected.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for custom orders. Ready-to-ship items follow the stated shipping timeframe.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Amor Cookie’s Custom Designs is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Any delivery issues must be handled through USPS or UPS.

We do not offer rush orders or rush shipping.

Amor Cookie’s Custom designs respects your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process and ship your order. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.
